What do children learn during A Year with Kissie?

A Year with Kissie is the first edition of the Smartie the Fox series. It features songs, stories, colorful flashcards, memory games, and other fun activities to keep your students engaged throughout the year.
Meet Kissie, your students’ new friend, who will help you teach them the basics of English, including colors and numbers, introduce themselves and their friends, and talk about the things they encounter daily.
Autumn
In autumn, your young students will explore the house and the surrounding area, visit the countryside to name animals, and make the biggest kite.
Unit 1: Hello
Learning basic colors and numbers. Meeting characters who will accompany children throughout the year.
Unit 2: Love
In autumn, children will move with their families to the countryside, where they will meet domestic animals and fly kites.
Winter
In winter, you will teach your young explorers all about winter clothing while building snowmen and playing with their favourite toys.
Unit 3: Care
Winter arrives, and children learn about body parts and the names of winter clothing that belongs to them.
Unit 4: Joy
Children build a snowman outside when it’s very cold, play in their rooms, and become familiar with the names of toys.
Spring
Spring comes and you will let your young students learn about the weather, color their own umbrellas on rainy days, and have fun playing and having snacks in the park.
Unit 5: Fun
Let’s enjoy the sunshine in the park before it starts raining! The children play in the sandbox, and run among the trees and flowers.
Unit 6: Satisfaction
The weather is beautiful, and children enjoy a picnic while learning the names of different pieces of tableware and snacks.
Summer
When summer sets in, your students will head out to the zoo, enjoy a train or a bus ride, and indulge in a big ice cream treat.
Unit 7: Attention
The children look forward to the holidays. They try all types of transportation, play outside, and taste ice cream.
Unit 8: Knowledge
As a final treat, the children take a trip to the zoo, where they have fun and get to know various species of wild animals.
